Description:
Generally, low molecular peptides and synthetic peptides do not absorb spontaneously on 96 well microtiter plate. This kit is designed to allow optimum coating of peptides on plates effectively and easily. This kit is composed of reagents needed for coating buffers, 96 well microplates and blocking solution specialized for subsequent ELISA. When customers prepare the peptide for coating, they can perform coating on 96 well microplates quickly with ease.
Principle
Free carboxyl group of the peptide for coating should be covalently linked with EDC (Coupling Reagent), and linked subsequently with amino group jutting on the bottom of microplates. Thus the peptide should be directly coated onto the bottom of microplates through peptide bond.
