TBS (Tris-Buffered Saline) Powder

Applications:

  • Used to Dissociate Tissues and to Wash and Disperse Cells
  • Used to Conduct B/F Separation and for Washes using the Solid-Phases in the EIA Method

Preparation

Dissolve 1 package in distilled water to make up a total volume of 1 liter (50 mM, pH 7.6)

Storage:

Store dry at room temperature. After rehydration, seal tightly and store at 4°C.

Kit Components:

One package (for 1 liter) contains:

Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane 1.24 g
Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane hydrochloride 6.27 g
Sodium chloride 8.77 g
