Description:

This Mupid®-2plus electrophoresis system exceeds the performance of the highly proven and reliable, standard submarine-type Mupid®-2, with improved usability and safety. The Mupid® series is mainly used in agarose gel electrophoresis. Their greatest feature is their compactness because of the integrated apparatus power supply. The Mupid®-2 has an outstanding track record over some 20 years and has been incorporated into the standard protocols of numerous testing manuals in Japan.

This product is manufactured by ADVANCE. Mupid is a registered trademark of ADVANCE.

Features:

  • Highly Proven and Reliable System. The Mupid®-2plus is an improved edition of the Mupid®-2 which has shown excellent performance in various fields of research. Conventional experimental protocols can be used without alteration.
  • Excellent and Functional Design. Customer suggestions are reflected in the functional design of the system, such as user-friendly and easy-to-operate controls and buffer discharge system.
  • Easy-to-Wash Electrophoresis Bath.  With the detachable power supply, discarding buffer or cleaning the migration tank is easy.
  • Improved Safety.  The design of the Mupid®-2plus includes improved safety features, such as a narrowed chamber lid slit and a safety switch on the power supply which will not turn on unless the lid is set.
