Description:

BluePrint™ RT Reagent Kit is designed to perform reverse transcription that has been optimized for real-time Rt-PCR. It uses the new BluePrint™ RTase with excellent elongation ability for quick, efficient cDNA template synthesis for Real Time PCR. The protocol is simple and suitable for high throughput analysis. This kit can be used in combination with qPCR reagents from most major suppliers including Takara's SYBR® Premix Ex Taq™ (Perfect Real Time), SYBR® Premix Ex Taq™ II (Perfect Real Time) or Premix Ex Taq™ (Perfect Real Time) for 2-step Real Time RT-PCR.

Optimized protocols are provided for use with either SYBR® Green or TaqMan® probe assay conditions.

EASY Dilution for Real Time PCR2   1 mL
1: Contains dNTP Mixture and Mg2+.
2: Used as a dilution solution for creating dilution series of total RNA or cDNA. In contrast to dilution with water or TE, EASY Dilution facilitates accurate low concentration dilution. Diluted templates can be used as the template for reverse transcription or PCR reactions, because the EASY Dilution does not inhibit either reverse transcription or PCR enzyme activity. EASY Dilution is also available separately: EASY Dilution (for Real Time PCR) (TAK 9160).
Note: EASY Dilution has been tested with Takara Bio’s real-time PCR reagents. Compatibility with products from other manufacturers has not yet been verified.
