Monoclonal Anti-Human Fibronectin Antibodies
Applications:
- Western blotting analysis under non-reducing and non-heating condition
- Clones FN12-8 and FN30-8 can also be used under reducing condition
- Histology on frozen tissue section
- Clones FN8-12, FN12-8, FN9-1, FN30-8 and FNC4-4 : Paraffin embedded tissue sections
- Clones FN12-8 and FN30-8 : Adhesion blockade studies against fibronectin
Description:
These clones were raised against purified human plasma fibronectin. Each recognizes discrete locations of the protein molecule (see Figure). For generic use such as Western blots or histology, clone FN30-8 works best and is also effective for adhesion blockade studies. Clones FN8-12, FNC4-4 and FNH3-8 are unique in that they can be used for studies related to fibrin, collagen, and heparin interactions, respectively.
