Monoclonal Anti-Human Vitronectin Antibody

Applications:

  • Western blotting analysis under reducing or non-reducing condition
  • Histology on frozen tissue sections
  • Clone VN58-1 can also be used on paraffin embedded tissue sections

For more information, see the Antibody Applications Summary.

Description:

These clones were raised against purified human vitronectin. Each recognizes discrete epitopes. None of the clones interfere with the cell-binding activity of vitronectin.

Specificity

  • The epitope of each clone exists in 1-130 amino acid of N-terminal region of virtonectin.
  • These products do not interfere with vitronectin-mediated adhesion.

Storage:

Lyophilized antibody is stable at 4°C for 2 years. The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for 6 months, and at –20°C for 1 year.
