Monoclonal Anti-Human Vitronectin Antibody
Applications:
- Western blotting analysis under reducing or non-reducing condition
- Histology on frozen tissue sections
- Clone VN58-1 can also be used on paraffin embedded tissue sections
For more information, see the Antibody Applications Summary.
Description:
These clones were raised against purified human vitronectin. Each recognizes discrete epitopes. None of the clones interfere with the cell-binding activity of vitronectin.
Source:
| Clone | Cat.# | Immunogen | Immunized host | Subclass | Antibody titer |
| VN58-1 | M017 | human vitronectin | BALB/c mouse | IgG1 | 1:3,000 |
Form
Lyophilized. Dissolve in 100 µL of distilled water (final conc.: 2.0 mg/mL containing 0.1% sodium azide.)
Specificity
- The epitope of each clone exists in 1-130 amino acid of N-terminal region of virtonectin.
- These products do not interfere with vitronectin-mediated adhesion.
Storage:
Lyophilized antibody is stable at 4°C for 2 years. The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for 6 months, and at –20°C for 1 year.
Notes:
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
