Pfu Protease S
Applications:
- Fragmentation of Proteins and Peptides required for Primary Structure Analysis
Description:
Pfu Protease S is an endo-type serine protease with broad specificity for native and denatured proteins. Cleavage occurs mainly on the carboxy side of peptide bonds of hydrophobic amino acid residues.
